Some skate bearing manufacturers claim ABEC ratings are unimportant – we at SWAG have both engineering and skateboarding backgrounds – this knowledge has enabled us to select the most precise ABEC-11 rated balls, manufactured from the hardest available ceramic and fitted with ultra-low friction cages to ensure the ultimate speed and impact resistance.

Higher ABEC tolerance results in a more precise fit in the races, reducing impact shock
in the bearing.

Due to its porous properties, we don’t believe in chrome-plating our races, we use automotive industry quality coating on both our inner and outer races for far greater corrosion resistance, even outperforming stainless steel in salt-mist spray testing.

We use 2 non-contact rubber seals to prevent water and dust ingress and keep in any lubricating oils.

We believe SWAG Ceramic Bearings are the best skateboard bearings money can buy!

Extra Speed
SWAG Ceramic bearings are fast, REALLY fast. If you’re just here for the speed - for even lower friction and greater speed, 1 or both rubber seals can be removed using a pick, pin or small flat head screwdriver.
If the outer seals are removed, it is essential to keep your bearings dry and you should regularly clean any dust out of your bearings with compressed air.
Dirt ingress will reduce the life and speed of your bearings.

Longer Life
To maximise the lifespan of your bearings, remove the inner rubber seal using a pick, pin or small flat head
screwdriver and add a single drop of light bearing or sewing machine oil. Carefully press the inner seal back in place.
Adding oil will help increase the lifespan of the race coatings but will decrease the speed of your bearings.
